With over 25 years navigating the global business stage, I've had the privilege of engaging in diverse roles across various industries worldwide.
My professional path has been one of fortunate encounters, personal growth, and a deep-seated desire to contribute. I've collaborated with exceptional individuals throughout my career, gaining valuable insights and an immense sense of gratitude.
Now, while continuing to navigate the dynamic business landscape, I feel a compelling desire to give back.
In this journey of coaching, I've discovered a personal and rewarding way to contribute to the world, fulfilling my wish to make a lasting, positive impact.
My Reflection on My Journey With the Coaching
As John Withmore says, “Everyone has their own particular path and what we can do is help people to discover what their own path is, by asking them challenging questions and asking them probably questions that they haven’t thought of themselves”. That's what coaching is about.
